The present invention relates to an electric kettle type jug comprising four separate independent elements which functionally cooperate with each other, intended mainly for the domestic preparation of hot drinks, for example milk drinks, from solid, liquid or pasty ingredients. This jug makes it possible to heat to the ideal temperature for consumption and without altering the taste qualities of the ingredients while mixing them to serve them as soon as their preparation is completed directly in a bowl, a cup or any other container.
It is characterized by a jug body receiving no other product than a removable internal tank in which the drink is prepared, which is removed to facilitate washing and the possibility of introducing solid, liquid or pasty ingredients to at any time during the preparation and without being forced to interrupt it.
It is known that electric kettles are designed to bring to a boil a determined volume of water and most often consist of an independent container of the "jug" type, that is to say having a directive spout for pouring the content once it brought to the desired temperature and a gripping element, said container being closed by a hinged cover and the assembly being placed on an independent base connected directly to the power supply sector to free handling of the jug of any wire constraint.
These devices known to all are generally equipped with a submerged heating resistor or most often placed in their lower part and isolated from the contents, or heating means for example consisting of a metal plate, one face of which constitutes the bottom of the container and the other face is kept in contact with the peripheral generator of an annular electrical heating resistor called armored, supplied by contact with a base directly connected to the domestic electrical power network. The activation and control of the temperature rise are ensured and assisted by means of contactors, thermostats and other potentiometers and visual and / or audible signaling elements, etc.
Whatever the models of electric kettles and their constitution, such household appliances do not allow the preparation of hot drinks involving the mixing of various products and liquid and / or solid ingredients, but are exclusively intended for heating liquids and more generally d 'water.
Some electric kettles allow milk to be heated because they are equipped with an adjustable thermostat to regulate the temperature and thus avoid boiling and overflowing of this beverage, but they are of limited use given the difficulties of cleaning, which excludes all use of machine washing.
The prior art reveals in this category of products a large quantity of patented devices describing electric kettles of the jug type electrically supplied by positioning on a support directly connected to the sector, some have various modes of heating, others varied positions of '' various elements or differentiated general constitutions, but none of these devices meets all the technical characteristics of the device of the present invention and in particular the mobility and interchangeability of the inner tank and the integration of a mixing device driven by a electric motor included in the cover.
We will cite for example and without limitation, the French patent COPPIER Michel n ° FR 2 592292 filed on 02/01/1986 today not active or the more recent international patent of Italian origin BUGATTI Clémente n ° WO2010139490 filed on 05 / 06/2009, representative of patents existing for many years in the field of electric kettles.
It will also be noted in the state of the art, patents referring to electrical devices for the preparation of liquid, solid or pasty mixtures including at least one element of the whisk or beater type for making culinary preparations of the sauces, creams type, velvety, pasta, etc. The mixing is carried out inside a container placed on a lower part comprising the major functional elements and in particular motors, heating, electrical or electronic components. These devices are characterized by the functional association of the base with at least one cutter, grinder or mixer element secured to the upper part of the device, often referred to as "motorized head or arm", most generally removable or articulated with respect to a column connecting said “motorized head or arm” to the base or base.
If the constitution of these devices more generally called "Food processor" or "mixer" or according to the English term "Blender", seems to be close to the constitution of the jug of this patent, the two devices concerned cannot be reasonably compared as long the differences are significant in their very constitution and in particular in the number of functionally associated parts or in the technical characteristics of each of these parts.
The prior art in this area is rich in numerous devices built around the fundamental principle of the “food processor”, varying in the kinematics, the positioning and the operation of the various technical components, but none of these devices meets the characteristics of the jug. of this patent and in particular of the functional association of an electric jug and a mixer.
We can cite in this field, some significant patents of the orientations of the state of the art such as for example the International patent of Japanese origin TESCOM DENKI published on 12/05/2016 under the number WO 2016072203 or the older European patent WEISS / MOULINEX of French origin published on 25/03/1987 under the number EP 0240842.
Some of these devices can be used for the manufacture of milk or other drinks and their constitution makes it possible to pour the drink produced, since the container containing the drink is provided with a pouring spout and a gripping element, but they cannot prepare than cold drinks such as fruit juice, flavored milk, etc.
Other of these devices and in particular the food processors with heating base and upper arm are not suitable for the manufacture of hot milk drinks and in particular chocolate drinks, not having the necessary means to prevent boiling and overflowing of milk or allow the payment of prepared drinks.
The invention of this patent aims to remedy the drawbacks set out above by proposing an appliance intended for current and frequent family use, designed specifically for the simple and rapid preparation of hot milk drinks (at controlled temperature), chocolate or flavored , from mixtures of liquid, solid or pasty ingredients. The preparation is carried out entirely inside the internal tank of the device and poured directly from the device to the consumption containers, without multiple complicated or unsecured manipulations. According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the "jug cover" (100) has in its interior space between on the one hand the "cap plane" (102) and on the other hand "the obturator plane" (103 ), an electric motor called “mixer motor” (104) for driving in rotation by the rotation of its central axis, a mixer beater said “mixer axis” (107), said “motor mixer” (104) having in its axis and perpendicular to the “shutter plane” (103) through which it passes, with a suitable arrangement (106) for receiving, for example, by simple snap-fastening at least one “mixer axis” (107). According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the "jug cover" (100) is secured at a location on its "shutter plane" (103) and at at least one precise point on its periphery, by means known as "Cover contact" (105) making it possible to establish electrical contact with the internal electrical circuit of the "jug body" (300), to allow electrical supply and secure interruption of the "mixer motor" (104) during placing and removing the "jug cover" (100) on the "jug body" (300). According to a different embodiment of the invention, the "jug cover" (100) has secured at one place on its "shutter plane" (103) a means of controlling the temperature of the liquid contained in the "removable tank "(200), in particular a thermostatic probe, approached or introduced into the liquid contained when the" jug cover "(100) is placed on the access plane of the" jug body "(300). According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the "jug cover" (100) is of shape, dimensions and constitution making it possible to facilitate introduction into the "removable tank" (200) and during the preparation cycle, solid ingredients, such as for example pieces of chocolate, for example a clearance (111) of shape and dimensions optimizing access by the “pouring spout” (201) of the “removable bowl” (200). According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the "jug cover" (100) has a means of keeping it in the "closed" position on the "jug body" (300) during the preparation cycle of the drink and while pouring it into a drinking container. (Not shown).
According to another embodiment of the invention, the electrical circuit connecting the "jug cover" (100) and its "mixer motor" (104) to the heating device (302) of the "jug body" (300) and to the various means of actuation (304), of control and regulation of the device (303) (313), is protected and isolated by its positioning outside the "jug body" (300), inside the "Jug body" (300) in at least one reserved integrated compartment or by an attached arrangement (312) concealing the active electrical elements when they are placed inside the "jug body" (300). (See Fig 2 and 3).
According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the “mixer axis” (107) preferably introduced and fixed by simple snap-fitting in the arrangement (106) of the central axis of the “mixer motor” (104) of the “cover jug ”(100), has at least one rigid rectilinear axis (110) for example of circular section and of dimensions adapted and compatible with the internal volume of the“ internal tank ”(200), preferably made of stainless steel and preferably carrying in its lower part at least one tool (108) capable of ensuring the homogeneous mixing of the ingredients, solid, liquid or pasty. According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the "pouring base" (400) consists of a housing preferably of suitable shape and dimensions and compatible with the shapes and dimensions of the "jug body" (300), having a free internal volume to allow the storage of the power supply cable (405).
